Cook healthy, crispy and low-fat dishes

The Xiaomi Mi Smart Air Fryer has many strengths, but they all come down to one thing: 360° hot air circulation. This technique allows you to prepare your favourite dishes quickly, cooking them with just a spoonful of oil and the food's own juices. This way you get that crispy, delicious texture and lighter, healthier results. In addition, the high power of 1500W ensures a rapid temperature rise and a more even heat distribution, thus shortening the cooking time compared to other similar devices.

From 40°C to 200°C: frying, defrosting and fermenting

But the Mi Smart Air Fryer is much more than just an air fryer... With an adjustable temperature between 40ºC and 200ºC and 2 fan speed settings, you can defrost, dry and ferment, fry, bake, roast and even toast, making it ideal for preparing meat, fish and even cakes. It also has a maximum cooking time of up to 24 hours, extending the cooking possibilities even further. For example, for 80 hours at 40ºC you can ferment yoghurt and in 5 hours at 60ºC you can dry fruit.

More than 100 smart recipes and OLED display dial

Don't know what temperature or time is right for each dish? Don't worry: the Xiaomi Mi Smart Air Fryer has more than 100 smart recipes. Download the Mi Home APP on your phone to start preparing fries, meat, fish, prawns, chicken, steaks, desserts... at the touch of a button. However, if you prefer to use its own temperature and time settings, use the integrated OLED display dial, or ask the smart assistant to turn it on or off for you.
